When it comes to boat catering, I believe good food and good vibes belong on the water together. Whether you’re cruising the canals with friends, celebrating a special occasion, or just enjoying a sunny afternoon out, I’ll make sure your group is well-fed and ready to enjoy every moment! Bringing Kitchen of Rissa flavors aboard has quickly become one of my favorite ways to do what I love. Because nothing pairs better with a beautiful day on the water than tacos and a cold margarita in hand!
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your date and allows us to begin preparing for your event — from sourcing fresh, often specialty ingredients to reserving staff and equipment specifically for your celebration.
Why deposits are non-refundable:
Ingredients are pre-ordered. Many of our Mexican specialty items are ordered in advance from specific suppliers and can't be returned or resold if a booking is cancelled.
Your date is reserved exclusively. Once booked, we turn away other potential clients for that date — a late cancellation means that opportunity is lost.
Prep work begins early. Menu planning, staffing schedules, and ingredient prep often start days before your event.
We understand plans can change, and we're happy to discuss rescheduling to a new date where possible. For questions about your specific booking, please reach out directly.
