Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your date and allows us to begin preparing for your event — from sourcing fresh, often specialty ingredients to reserving staff and equipment specifically for your celebration.

Why deposits are non-refundable:

Ingredients are pre-ordered. Many of our Mexican specialty items are ordered in advance from specific suppliers and can't be returned or resold if a booking is cancelled.
Your date is reserved exclusively. Once booked, we turn away other potential clients for that date — a late cancellation means that opportunity is lost.
Prep work begins early. Menu planning, staffing schedules, and ingredient prep often start days before your event.
